Summary
Zoro should have paid more attention to what that self-important King was saying, now he missed whatever he said that angered everyone of his Kingdom present so much.
Then he discovered what that second-rate King proposed and he had to make a conscious effort to not attack. The man was very lucky Shanks was not here, or his head would have rolled already.
This was going downhill very quickly, but Zoro knew he wouldn't regret a thing and neither would any of his team.
And then Luffy surprised everyone with a laugh and being the reasonable one.

She saw her Captain die today, she lost everything except for Shanks. All she wanted was to stop feeling so hollow. His warmth was a familiar comfort and she wanted nothing more than to melt in his arms. Maybe next day they'd regret it, but right now all she wanted was to get lost in Shanks and her own mindnumbing pleasure and forget about the world.
