Summary
Tony managed to win the fight in Siberia, leading to the detainment of the rogue Avengers and, much more importantly, Bucky Barnes. In Tony's own words, the Winter Soldier's extensive, international, very politically charged crimes and refusal to turn himself in have landed him permanently in the hot seat. And, of course, Tony has his own feelings about how Bucky should be dealt with.
“You were looking at a very unhappy ending with an undetermined amount of unhappy times in between now and then. Instead, your rights have been signed over to me. I’m your legal guardian and power of attorney. I decide everything that does or doesn’t happen to you from now on."
It sounds like the opening to a villain origin story, but Tony has some interesting ideas on how to best deal with the man who murdered his parents, and it might wind up doing more for Bucky than living on the run with Steve ever could have. Now, that doesn't mean Bucky is going to necessarily like it... but whether Bucky likes it doesn't really matter anymore.

Summary

Sirius Black has escaped from Azkaban, but the horror of his wrongful imprisonment cannot be forgotten. Every day he faces a battle that no one else can ever truly understand, but love for Harry and hope for a better world and the family they'll someday be gives him the strength to keep fighting with an open heart. Harry Potter has always had too much asked of him but he's never had to fight alone. While being forced by Dumbledore to learn Occlumency from Snape over the summer, he realizes that he's had a protector in the professor all along.
