It’s hard to think about injuries when they heal themselves. And Izuku’s quirk does more than just heal.
He can become a Hero; maybe even better than All Might. All he has to do is keep getting hurt.

Summary
Midoriya Izuku did develop a quirk. However this quirk makes it so nobody can truly see him or remember him if they do. He ends up committing Vigilantism via kicking a villain in the nuts.
Honestly, just a fun little oneshot, it's worth a few giggles at least.
