Summary
Two weeks after Bella's birthday incident, Bella shows up to the Cullen Resident because Edward and Alice aren't answering her calls or messages. After being told they were in Port Angeles picking up something the family and Bella go out and play a quick game of baseball to waste time til Edward and Alice come home.
After the game they family heads back to the house to find an empty house with two letters addressed to the Cullens and to Bella. Edward and Alice are mates and have left the family and their partners. The family needs to leave due to Carlisle is not showing as old as he is supposed to be and now two of the "adoptive" children have run off, they need to leave to save the family from drawing any attention and questions. What if someone stays to protect Bella from known dangers like Victoria, and unknown dangers from within the family that supposedly loves her? Reinforcements shows up and bonds are formed forever, and lives are changed for the better, and truths are revealed.

On the whole, the best thing about SLICED was that Kagami got paid every month for the gig. Second was the pizza. But a close third would be Kuroko, who was immature despite his serious expressions and grown-up job, petty despite his impeccable politeness to the other members of Seirin, and who despite his general tone-deafness and inability to carry "Sugar" for more than two lines of the chorus frequently surprised Kagami with his carefully worded assessments of Seirin's demos. Kagami found that he was spending more weekends than not with Kuroko at his apartment, Kuroko editing proofs on his couch while Kagami puttered around, trying to endear himself to Kuroko with tea and food. He liked it, and wanted to continue, and annoyed everyone around him, even himself, hovering over Kuroko whenever they were together. "Whipped," Izuki whispered again as they left SLICED at the end of the night, Kuroko with Kagami's jacket spread over his shoulders. Kagami just scowled, trying his hardest not to grin as Kuroko, slightly tipsy, rested his head on Kagami.

Kaminari sighed in resignation as he pushed himself up to stand. “Everyone in class is so pretty, Mina. How am I supposed to choose?” He scanned the room to figure out where his shirt ended up after Ashido tossed it earlier, spotting it hanging off the backrest of her hot pink zebra-striped desk chair. “I know you think I’m joking, but I’m really not. I’m sticking with my first answer.” He pulled the shirt over his head, smiling sheepishly as he combed his fingers through his hair. “Everyone. I would sleep with everyone.”
