Summary
Everyone in the Silver City knew that Uriel was the angel who had the power to see patterns. However no one knew that he kept journals of the different things that his powers allowed him to predict. Before dying, Uriel left Michael a most precious gift of his last few journals that show potential future pathways of events yet to happen. Journals that if used wisely will allow for Michael to manipulate future events and keep his other half, Lucifer, from becoming trapped in Hell and away from his reach.

Summary
There's tension thrumming between them that always seems to be present. Sometimes it's barely noticeable; sometimes it's like static, present but harmless; and sometimes, like right now, it's like high voltage electricity. Thunder and lightning. Possibly dangerous, but also possibly wonderful and beautiful.
One night, then back to normal. Partners. Friends. They can work out whatever tension is between them, get it out of their systems, and that’ll be it. It doesn’t need to be a big thing.
After giving into one night of passion, hoping to get rid of the tension between them so they can go back to being partners and friends, Lucifer and Chloe discover it is much easier said than done. Once a line is crossed, some things can never go back to where they were.

Part 1: She follows him with her eyes as he greets a few people he passes, his smile a little tight at the edges. As if he senses her eyes on him, his flicker to her, and for a brief moment, she sees something familiar. Longing.
Part 2: The self-described demon makes a face. “Yeah, well, tis the season or whatever. My point is, if you want Lucifer, go after him. He will not make the first move, Chlo. Besides, as delicious as the UST between you two is, there’s only so much the rest of us can handle without suffocating. Just bone already.”
Two Deckerstar NYE scenarios in which both lovable idiots are pining for the other and too afraid to go for it. Until a New Year's Eve party gives them the opportunity to start the new year off right.

In a spur of decisiveness and impulsivity she would normally push back in favor of responsibility, Chloe holds Lucifer’s gaze as her thumb moves over to the decline button and presses it. Instantly, the phone goes silent and she drops it on top of the piano.
