Back in Ferndale newly presented omegas were seen as too valuable to waste on farm work. Instead quickly whisked off to live in the city proper, either as some high born's plaything or– for the more Fury fearing folks– Halonic nuns. If omegas really were so unfit for farm work then he couldn't even begin to imagine how those clucking crones at the chantry would react to the omega standing before him now. Dressed in full Temple Knight gear with a stern expression etched into his pretty face as he stood statue still behind the Commander. Stood tall in the face of sexist tradition even as their Commander seemed just as hesitant to see something so delicate sent against the hoard.
