“You’ve never kissed a girl, have you, Ichi?”
Ichi’s stare goes from him to Akiko on his lap, and back, and again, but it’s Jo he looks at when he shakes his head. Good.
"Why don't you have a go?" Jo suggests airily, running his fingers through Akiko’s hair. She’s sweating bullets, poor thing. He doesn't miss the way her cheeks flush, though.
He’s doing him a favor, Jo decides. In the good spirit of Christmas. And if making Ichi suffer happens to be one of his favorite hobbies, well, it’s only incidental.
