Summary
When Chase and Deacon find a mysterious book at the museum library, they assume it has something to do with Ex Libris. What they are not prepared for, however, are more mysteries than they can count—the circumstances surrounding the death of a kidnapped princess, Buddy’s adamant refusal to tell them anything about the story, and, strangest of all, some familiar faces… inside the pages of the book.
NOTES:
⚘ This fanfiction was written between Episode 41 and the Season 1/2 hiatus. Lore was incorporated as it was revealed in canon, however I also ensured the story stayed consistent.
⚘ KAPT revolves around the assumption that Buddy has been working for Ex Libris and going into books for the majority of his life. The plot was not created when there was anything in canon to prove differently.
⚘ The first chapter is somewhat disjointed from the remainder of the fic in terms of genre. The genre is Historical Fantasy.
⚘ All twelve keys are included in this fic with what we know of them from Season One.

Summary
Chase Hollow has everything in life. Fame, family, twelve keys, and a sold-out show at one of the biggest venues in the world. Even with that, it isn’t enough. Sure, all of his family and friends may be in the audience, but someone dearest to his heart is not. He hadn’t been in a book for years, with the agreement between himself and Deacon not to abuse their power…but there’s a script on his desk in his dressing room calling out to him, and he never had been good at following the rules. With two hours to spare to have some fun before his life changes forever, what happens when, once again, Chase comes face to face with an old friend of his in a story simply known as Cinderella’s Castle.

If you were to ask to Mukai and Takeuchi what's the worst thing about Hirose, they both would answer the same thing. They hate how different Hirose act whenever Nakamura is around !!
The high voice, the "let's compare our hands size together !!", the cringiest remarks ever brought to mankind, all those little "cute" noises AND HELL HE EVEN LAUGH TEN TIMES LOUDER JUST BECAUSE NAKAMURA SAID SOMETHING A LITTLE FUNNY !!
But what can they say, they both like Hirose enough to just shut up and cringe in silence and wait untill Nakamura is gone to make fun of him and how much of a pick me he is.
The day when Nakamura and Hirose will finally be together is the day they will both die in peace.
