They stay that way for a long time, Catra’s face tucked into Adora’s shoulder, Adora gently cradling Catra’s head. Adora is careful not to hug Catra too hard or make her feel restrained, anticipating the moment that Catra will start to pull away — but Catra doesn’t. She hangs on so tightly it hurts, her claws digging through Adora’s jacket and into her back, latching into her like she did when she was a kitten and didn’t know how much her claws could hurt. Adora tries not to wince, tries not to move a single muscle, worried that if she does the spell will break and Catra will struggle away, appalled at having shown weakness.
But Catra doesn’t let go. And so neither does Adora.

Summary
For once, it seemed almost like everything was going right. The healing pillar had been fixed, everyone was safe, and the world wasn't even falling apart! On top of that, the new year was fast approaching, marking the one year anniversary of the most recent attempt at destroying the world. Now, the kids were planning a party to celebrate the fact that everyone was in fact still alive. Things couldn't have been much better.
At least that's what everyone thought. Little did they know that a series of events was about to unfold that would shake the very fabric of what they thought they knew about not only their reality, but each other too.

Macaque and Red Son cannot catch a damn break, Wukong is bad at feelings, MK is the embodiment of anxiety, Mei is protective as hell, Tang, Pigsy, PIF and DBK are all concerned, Sandy is the only sane person here, and everyone gets trauma :)

Summary
A “Not Dead AU”, wherein Eleanor receives a letter informing her that she’s won two-and-a-half million dollars and a free week-long trip to France with the foxy, humanitarian model, Tahani Al-Jamil. The thing is... the letter was sent to the wrong Eleanor Shellstrop, the money is actually funding for her “research”, and in order to receive it, she'll have to spend a full week pretending to be the CEO of a charitable organization that she knows nothing about.
…should be easy enough. What could possibly go wrong?
“Hi, my name is Eleanor Shellstrop, and I think you guys have a lot of money with my name on it.”
