Summary
After the tsunami, Buck gets offered a once in a lifetime opportunity. He hadn't told anyone at the 118, nor his sister, that he finished out some college classes and earned a few degrees. He'd done them on a whim, anyway. Deciding to use his hyperfixations for something constructive at Chris' insistence. Pepa and Abuela offer support since they basically adopted him into their family, regardless of what Eddie was or wasn't doing.
Which is how he ends up going to England for most of a year and following the trail of the legend of King Arthur in search of the origination of the story from oral traditions. With only a few people in on the secret. Granted, he's not sure if Chim will be able to make it very long, but he's happy to give him the chance.

Summary
Buck had no idea why he was called into the police station. He hadn't done anything, and he'd been doing pretty good keeping his jealousy about everyone getting to know and hang out with Tommy Kinard to himself, he was pretty sure, anyway. But called in to talk about something, having to do a DNA test, and then getting put in a conference room with a little girl that was obviously bored? He had no idea what was going on and just wished someone would tell him something.
Whatever.
He could just make friends with a six year old.

Summary
Almost two years after the end of their relationship, Taylor drops a bombshell on Buck. He's a father to twins. And she isn't interested in being a mother anymore. Tommy's only been with Evan for a few months, but he's head over heels for the younger man and decides he's all in. Thankfully they have plenty of family (and Buck's astronomical trust fund now that he's over 30) to help them out.
