Was this really happening? Or was this just another sick joke, another twisted dream? He would think so, because here he was, laying sprawled out on his back in the judgment hall. Instead there was a small weight pressing on top of him, they sat atop his torso, straddling his rib cage with an unreadable expression. It didn't take a genius to figure out just what they wanted. Sans was disgusted not only by their offer but by his own intrigue.
TL;DR- Chara acts on Sans's idea to do "literally anything else" and proposes something rather perverse
