Following their victory against the 11 Planetary Masters of Sol, GGG find themselves trapped in the dying false universe of the Repli-Trinity Solar System. Making use of Genesic GaoGaiGar's Galeoria Road, they had intended on creating a path back to their universe with the powerful Gadget Tool.
In a sense... they did succeed, though rather than return in the Heisei Era as they had planned, the Gutsy Galaxy Guard find themselves stuck in the late Meiji Era, and what's worse... they discover it that Demons apparently exist. Whatever the case, their goal of protecting humanity from all manner of threats persists, and as such, they will do all that they can to defend mankind from these Demons as well!
