He was the symbol of peace.
And yet Katsuki hadn't learned the language of love, he didn't recognise the hatred and inferiority beside Midoriya as admiration. Till he learnt it, and he adored it.
Yet he'll never be seen.
So now they pretend, and puppet around. Like idiots, as if they cannot speak, they don't have the skill to express their fears, hopes and loves for the other.As they have to pretend.

Summary
When the war ended, Izuku thought everything would go back to normal as he continued to train to become a hero. Despite having defeated Shigaraki, he still wanted to finish school in order to properly become a Pro Hero that he has always dreamed of. He would hone in on One for All for good and be the best he can be.
Blackwhip seems to have other plans, unfortunately.
