Summary
A wing of stark white sits just before a wing of proud blue. It is the emblem of the Survey Corps. Many soldiers don the green cloak and devote their hearts to humanity, but certain few among them become emblematic themselves, representing the very idea of freedom, of strength, of courage, of wit, and of heart.
This is the story of two such soldiers, those that grew up without seeing the sun yet became representative of the wings that brought humanity freedom. It is, of course, the story of Eren Yeager, Mikasa Ackerman, and Armin Arlert, yet not from their perspective; it is told through the voice of one of their commanding officers.
Amaya Ikeda.
After losing the only family she had, she finds herself in a new (and growing) one, but it could only last so long. Among deciphering feelings she wasn't sure how she developed and addressing them, her life and that of her new family are completely shaken up.
Will it all matter in the end? They're in danger - being thrown into the Survey Corps is no small thing, and she doesn't want to lose her family again. Life had never been simple for her, but now...

☾☾☾
Levi Ackerman had always been a private person. Someone who didn't particularly enjoy the company of others, and much preferred to be alone.
Then, he met her.
The mysterious girl asleep outside of his rundown home in the underground, one who he came to know as 'Just Amelia.'
Spending years together secretly in love with one another, tragedy strikes and Levi pushed her away.
Now, the question remained: would the two be able to mend their broken bond?

Summary
Once I had a family that loved me. Once I lived above ground. Once I was free. Everything changed when my home was raided, and I was sold into the Underground. It was an unending nightmare, no light in sight. Until I witnessed three thieves get offered a position in the Survey Corps. It was the last straw. When I finally managed to escape and pay my revenge, I ended up on the streets full of dreams but with no means to reach them. If it weren't for Kenny, who took me under his wing, trained me, gave me a family—I would've died there, in the Underground. I would do anything to repay his kindness, even infiltrate the Survey Corps and spy for him. It would've been easy if it weren't for Captain Levi. Our mutual dislike quickly morphed into hatred. Until one day, it was not hatred that made us get at each other's throats. It was something more...intense. If only I could overcome my old fears and trauma caused by the years spent in slavery. If only I could open up and accept this thing I felt. If only his touch didn't burn me with pain as much as passion.

Summary
The scraggly man held a hand over her mouth and a gun to her temple.
She looked horrified, but Kenny was beaming.
“Well looky here, runt. You’ve got yourself a girlfriend!” he boomed.
Levi sneered.
“Let go of her, Kenny.” he said coolly.
His old mentor laughed.
“All that time I spent hardening you against the world and you falter for a pair of pretty green eyes.”

Summary
You glanced up from your papers and were drawn to his eyes, surprised to find him staring back at you. The tension grew thick with meaning the longer you sat in silence with your gazes locked, until you finally had to break it.
"Is there something you want, Levi?"
There was a smirk in the corner of your mouth, but his expression was painfully sincere. He studied you like a complicated puzzle, an enigma that escaped him but therefore intrigued him even more.
"Yes. But I don't know if I can have it.”
Your heart flipped inside your chest, but you forced yourself to stay calm.
"Why don't you ask for it then and see what happens?"
He looked conflicted for a moment, thoughts running wild behind his eyes, jumping from one sentence to the next and finally settling on an answer.
"A kiss."
You took a deep breath.
"From me?" you asked, your voice carefully controlled.
He held your gaze, unwavering in his resolve.
"Yes."
