Levi has finally made a name for himself among the scouts in the Survey Corps. As Captain Levi of the scouts, the right-hand man of Commander Erwin Smith. And the scouts’ new mascot to parade around as an idol, since he was now admired instead of hunted down like in the underground.
To secure funding for the next expedition, the commander requests his presence at a gathering in Wall Sina, where the richest of the rich drink wine and exchange conversations to appease their unexciting lives. There, he meets the richest person in the country.

Summary
When Levi turns 30, he gains a new, strange ability: he can read people's minds if he touches them. Hanji thinks it's because he's a virgin, but that's simply ridiculous. Still, Levi has no idea what to do with this ability and avoids using it, until a pretty coworker accidentally touches him and Levi learns the guy is apparently into him.
Levi can't stop wondering why, and although he should mind his own business, curiosity gets the better of him.
It helps that Eren's really cute, too.
