Summary
He Tian is the lead singer in one of the most famous rock bands in the country, Mo Guan Shan plays gigs at the bars downtown. The two are from two different worlds but music brings them to meet each other. He Tian feels like his band has lost their passion and now he's lost two members. He's desperate to find replacements to keep the band going. He Tian stumbles across a bar one night with live music. He’s instantly captivated by the lead guitarist and invites him to join the band. Little does he know this guitarist is wrapped up in all kinds of trouble.

It’s been a few months since they’ve got back together, yet the rush He Tian gets hit by when catching Mo’s intent in the liminal territory between his words and actions is thrillingly new. It stills He Tian’s fear. The fear that Mo might be swept up in He Tian’s intensity without meaning it, or worse, secretly repulsed. That boy is gone, the one who couldn’t accept affection without suspicion, who once thought He Tian’s interest was just a game or a means to kill time.
It’s a bit like roulette. Every so often—in rare, precious moments—Mo dares to take the first step in his own hesitant, awkward way, letting his excitement break loose. And when he does, when he gets caught up in that self-kindling heat, he pulls He Tian right into the freefall with him.
OR, Guan Shan accidentally finds a present He Tian's been keeping from him. His reaction is... unexpected.

19 Days Coffee Shop AU!
Mo Guan Shan is the happy, sole owner of a coffee shop that runs noon to midnight. He did not expect a half-drunk, half-asleep member of the mafia to wander into his cafe. He definitely did not expect to offer said mafia member a safe place to retire. Several months later, He Tian has moved into the room above his store, and- against all odds and his better judgement- the pair has formed an unlikely friendship.
Old fears start to pose challenges though, and caffeine does not, despite what He Tian insists, solve all problems.
