Summary
Everything about Sion felt like too much but also not enough at the same time. It was all-consuming, wanting Sion, wanting to tell him that he liked him—no—loved him, but the fear of rejection always crept down Riku's back anytime he thought he had finally built up enough courage. He would instead retreat to the role of the best friend, relishing the closeness that came from that and pretending that he didn't want more.
