Summary
On the eve of Nod-Krai’s mass evacuation, Flins meets Illuga in a crowded terrace to discuss strategy, duty, and the danger Flins and the rest of the team have to face. Between half-truths, old habits, and a promise too heavy to make lightly, they find themselves retreating into a quieter corner, where concern turns into something both of them desire.
Whatever exists between them has happened before, remains unspoken, and cannot be afforded now. But some promises, once given, are impossible to abandon.
