After hearing about an abandoned bar in the center of town, Rockstar decides to poke around into it, looking to find something that could turn his unfortunate luck around. He ends up procuring something far greater than he could ever hope for: the service of a powerful wish-granter by the name of Sparkling Cookie.
But with the power to grant indefinite wishes, Rockstar won’t be the only one wanting to change their situation.
