Summary
The sight of Clark lying motionless on his bed stopped Bruce cold.
The man looked like death warmed over—pale, drenched in sweat, his breathing shallow and labored. For a split second, Bruce’s heart skipped a beat. The Superman he knew, the symbol of strength and invincibility, was nowhere to be found. In his place was a man—his Clark—utterly vulnerable.
Clark’s eyes fluttered open as Bruce rushed to his side, his voice barely a whisper. "Bruce... I think I'm dying."
Or, Clark is sick and Bruce takes it upon himself to take care of the man who’s always been there for everyone else.

or, a post canon fix it to the way that the show ended and where Lance realizes he is more than the farmer ending he was given, and realizing Keith could be his answer.
