His good friend Snoke, of course, has other plans, because he gets a certain enjoyment from watching Ben - Kylo Ren, rather, as he calls him - screw things up. Which Ben inevitably does: but that's not where he wants them to end, and maybe Rey doesn't either.

There are many ways in which two people can share a bed together, and many ways they can behave when they're there - something Sherlock learns as he and Molly find themselves doing it increasingly often.
Shamelessly inspired by (although not directly related to) some bed-sharing that went on in a previous fic of mine. I'm a complete sucker for this stuff.
Starts shortly after series 2, and should bring us right up to date (and possibly beyond).

As she turns away, she hears him mutter something under his breath – faint but just loud enough to carry across the room and reach her ears. She tenses, drawing in a sharp breath as she glances over her shoulder. The Doctor watches her from where he stands, leaning over the console, fringe falling into his eyes. He looks at her like he’d wanted her to hear it.

“I’ll do you one better. After the party we can go to Chimeria, The Garden Planet. You can get plants and seeds and flowers in every type imaginable at the flower market, from all over the galaxy. In fact, there’s even a plant that sings! Terribly off-key, of course, but it’s amusing for a bit and—what?”
He stops his rambling when he notices her watching him.
“We’re going to a party?”
