Summary
As long as alcohol exists, adults can never be trusted to do what they're supposed to. Diona has known this truth ever since her father lost his ability to do anything more than sleep, drink, and hunt, and ever since this realization, she's dedicated herself entirely to the destruction of Mondstadt's wine industry. When one disastrous shift at the Cat's Tail turns nightmarish, Diona realizes she has to change strategies to save her father. If destroying the wine industry from her bar didn't work, perhaps she needs to infiltrate the source of it all- Dawn Winery- and Diluc Ragnvindr will be none the wiser!
When Diona requests to be put under his care, Diluc Ragnvindr quickly accepts, even though he's just as puzzled as anyone else. But he knows what it's like to lose a father to powers beyond your control and is determined to protect others from that same heartbreak, whether that means moonlighting as a masked vigilante or being a stable, dependable figure for a child who desperately needs one. It's... much easier said than done.
Especially when neither knows how to have a proper fucking conversation.

Summary
After killing the leader of the Phantom Thieves, Akechi returns home to deal with... everything. It's not going well, to be honest. But before he has a chance to really process what happened and how to go after the next target, someone breaks into his flat in the middle of the night. Which brings up a lot of questions from both sides, the main one being "What the fuck are you doing here?"
Based off a prompt that went something along the lines of "There are so many fics about Akira and Akechi reuniting after Royal. But what if the roles were reversed?" And normally you'd think about a complete role swap AU, but there is a short span of time where Akechi believes Akira to be dead, and wouldn't it be funny to see how Akira would pull off his dramatic reveal?

This time, but with more feeling. Goro's character is explored beautifully and the writing can pick up when you least expect it and jump into your fucking throat. There's moments of horror, shock, love, delight, and delicious vulnerability. Goro and Futaba become friends and she HUNTS for him, the arc with Hinata Osumi (Shido's sex maid girl) is so touching, and I am EXCITED for the moments where Cognitive!Goro shows up too. Also recoiling from his bond with Yusuke and how good that is + adding depth to Yusuke's inability to budget. One of those fics where I would absolutely want it bound and mounted on my shelf. Marigolds my BELOVED.
