Summary
The first thing Peter awoke to was a gentle breeze brushing his hair across his face, the second thing was the god awful stench of garbage - rotten dead rats, and other metallic scents he doesn’t want to think about at the moment.
The third thing Peter noticed was the cold hard surface he was laying on, which did nothing to help the pain and stiffness he already felt coursing throughout his body.
The strangest thing Peter noticed was the moon. He wasn’t outside, so why could he see it so clearly?
…Oh right, that’s why.

Or, Peter got sent to another dimension because a certain wizard's spell started to weaken over time and it was the only solution to stop the universe from collapsing in on itself. So now Peter is stuck in a world where he doesn't exist and has to navigate through his own issues while trying to survive the harsh place he landed in.
