Summary
All wizards are descendants of muggles, but the Sacred 28 are just families who became wizards centuries ago. This means pureblood ideology is all made up. The "balance" is the hierarchy, but it's also the idea that there is only so much magic in the world, and if there are more wizards than magic, then kids who should've ended up with magic ended up as squibs. Therefore, Muggleborns are "stealing" magic. They think that when a child becomes an obcscurial, the magic goes back out into the world and can be "reclaimed" by their future children, because of this, they don't want Muggleborns in the wizarding world and they don't want them to be taught magic, therefore forcing the child to become an obscurial. Regulus believes some of this. He believes that Muggleborns having magic means that fewer purebloods will have magic (because that's what he was taught his entire life growing up, until now), but he doesn't think they should die. To him, Muggleborns getting magic instead of "pureblood" children is just part of the "balance". He, like most of the wizarding world, believes magic is scentiant and when it makes children sqibs its because they didnt deserve the magic

When he was silent and kept it to himself even when faced with favouritism and neglected, but when they targeted his love ones they will regret ever crossing path's especially the old goat and his so called tails added to it the purple alien and his children's. And the fun thing is they won't know who and what strike them until it's very late

Summary
Harry Potter, son of Lily and James Potter, was an abused boy who just wanted to escape. Becoming Henry Evan Black was easy, and running away to start a new life was even easier after discovering his real parentage.
After spending three happy and peaceful years at Beauxbatons Academy of Magic, Henry is pulled back to Britain when his name unexpectedly comes out of the Goblet of Fire and he's forced to compete as the Fourth Triwizard Champion.
Henry must adapt to his new surroundings as best he can while hiding his past identity from everyone around him; it ends up being harder than he first thought.
