Louis rolls his eyes. "Yeah, well, nipples or not, a mesh shirt isn't going to cut it." He leans back and begins pulling off his hoodie.

One of the highlights of the de Pointe du Lac de Lioncourt household is their annual ice skating excursion. It has also become one of the most dangerous days of the year for one particular member of their family. Louis doesn't know what happened to Lestat's body when he turned 30, but every year since, he has ended up either at urgent care or in the emergency room for some kind of stupid injury. The joys of getting old, Louis supposes.
