After the events of Oakhurst, leaving behind the evidence of those who once lived was one of the hardest things they had to do.
At least Scott, Drift, and Shelby all visit Avid’s grave every year. It’s not like Avid’s soul is going to find its way back to his demonic body anytime soon and revive him. Of course not.
Oh and also, Scott is a famous singer/songwriter! (inspired by Queen of the Damned and IWTV).
