"I'm here on the Tsaritsa's command. I am to watch over you until your heat has passed."
Ajax stared in pure disbelief, his lips twitching. Had he offended Her Majesty the last time they met? He didn’t think so, but why else would she be punishing him like this?
“Look, I know the nickname kinda stuck after my last mission-” Ajax grit out through his teeth, the corners of his lips pulled into a rictus, “but I’m not a child. I don’t need a babysitter.” Especially not during a time like this, he didn’t say.
“If you wish to think of it as that, I can’t stop you.” Capitano shifted, a hand on his hip as he peered down at Ajax through the opening of his mask. “But if it makes you feel better, I’m only watching you to make sure you don’t go feral. Dottore should have told you this was a possibility, no?”
