Summary
Cas finds Dean bound to the headboard of a motel room, where the corpse of an incubus that suspiciously resembles the angel lies on the floor. They take off, but Dean refuses to talk about what happened. Incubi toxin pumps through his veins while Cas spends the drive reconsidering their relationship. The toxin takes its' hold as Dean begins to panic and Cas beseeches him to pull over.

The nice thing about growing up in hotels is that Dean can pretty much learn to get almost anywhere in his sleep as long as he stays there long enough.
He’s got the path from his room to the bunker’s washroom down cold -- barely needs to open his eyes, really -- and so he only puts two and two together about how weird his body feels when he’s in front of a urinal and discovers his dick is missing.

Dean jolts awake, realizes three things: first, that he was asleep, for the first time in months; second, that someone is touching him, without malice; third, perhaps most surprising, that that someone is Castiel, because Dean’s apparently fallen asleep with his head on the angel’s thigh, and Cas is reverently stroking Dean’s hair, staring down at him.

Summary
They spend four hours at the courthouse, and more than once Sam has to kick Dean into being as humble and apologetic and completely cowed as he can possibly pull off. Dean's pretty sure no one is buying it but he gets his plea in and he has his day in court set in seven days. There is something to be said about having a lawyer...well, an almost lawyer -- in the family. And Dean feels a twinge of guilt at the acknowledgement that Sam probably would have made a hell of a lawyer if things had turned out differently.
It's a given that Dean would do anything to protect Sam. But Dean has a little trouble dealing with just how far Sam will go to protect him
