Galinda’s face contorted in confusion.
It spoke again, clearer this time. "How can I be of service?"
Galinda opened her mouth, then immediately closed it. Was she supposed to answer that? She forced herself to look away, tried to ground herself. This is my room. I’m in my room. But then her eyes drifted back.
Galinda shook her head. Then laughed—high-pitched, bordering on hysterical. “No. No, no, no—what?”
She sucked in a breath. This is a dream. It has to be a dream.
She muttered to herself, “I’m just horny and it’s been a while. This isn’t real. It isn’t real.”
Or: If magic is intentional... how do you accidentally summon a succubus?
