Mom and Dad both died in a car crash, a drunk driver, the policeman said as he waved Izuku’s question off. Some hobo man that said he was a hero was watching over Izuku as he packed up the last of the stuff in his parents room. It was arranged to be placed in storage, how… he didn’t know. Tucking the box under his arm, he made to leave, the hobo hero was set to take him somewhere to live, he didn’t care.
Or Izuku has the mythical genetics of a Spartan of Legend, his parents die in a car crash, and now he's living with the Bakugou's. He has to find a way to keep pushing forwards without his parents support, figure out how to control his inhuman powers, and still go to school.

Summary
When Izuku turns down All Mights offer of OFA, he is instead given a chance by Stain. Learning to fight quirkless was no easy task, but with his weapon of iron chains, and plenty of time to practice and clean Dagobah Beach, Izuku become the best he can.
When denied entrance to the Hero Course for the first time due to teachers being concerned about his skills, he takes the opportunity to improve himself with a new weapon. Joining the Support Course wasn't hard, and now he only needs to create, win the Sports festival, and join the Hero Course.
TL;DR - Izuku is trained by Stain, and is denied entrance to the hero course. He joins support makes a new weapon for himself and fight for first in the sports festival for a transfer spot.

If Izuku rolled his eyes any harder, they were going to pop out his head and roll on the floor. This man could not be serious.
“I don’t have a food aggression.”
--- Later that same day---
Under him, Ochako had her hands held out as she called out, “Deku! Drop the boy and no one else has to get hurt!”
“I've already been hurt! Someone has to pay for my missing food!” Izuku yelled down as he shook Eijirou in the air.
“Man, Mina. You really lucked out the first time.” Jirou commented below as she watched Izuku shake Eijirou and turn him around to hold him upside down by the ankles.
Groaning in pain, Denki stumbled over to the girls and patted Mina on the back, “I know the feeling.”
Mina winced as Eijirou flailed around in the air, “We should really start a survivors group or something.”
Tooru laughed happily as pinched at her fingers on her phone camera and zoomed into the sight above them, “I don't know if there'll be any survivors left after the year is done.”

“I see. Well I do.” Izuku raised his hand. He looked to Mashirao in front of him. “Do you like them?”
Izuku watched as he frantically shook his head no and sighed. He walked over to the far side of the class. “Kacchan! Do you like waffles?”
The boy scoffed and crossed his arms over his chest. “I like your cooking even less.”
Izuku nodded his head. “Valid point.”
Izuku looked at Tooru. She flinched and her hands quickly moved down under her desk. He kept his eyes on her as he slowly walked by until he was standing at the back. Izuku waved a hand, gestured to the class, and yelled out, “Someone here likes them!”
