Summary
Words float off the page as Hawks vision blurs: UNPRESENTED, OMEGA, HORMONE IMBALANCE, SUPPRESSANTS. He flips the page devouring word after word, report after report, his heart beginning to pound as adrenaline starts to surge anew. This can’t be right, this can’t be real. The more he reads the faster his breathing starts to become.
Dabi slowly crouches down in front of him, trying not to startle the hero as he watches him tumble down down down from the pedestal he’s been perched so precariously upon.
Hawks wets his lips, his voice barely above a whisper, and so so hollow when he asks, “What happens now?”
Dabi’s head tilts like a birds at the question.
“To start, you could die for me.”OR
Dabi fakes Hawks death to give Keigo the chance to live a life of freedom. Now all he has to do is coax the abused hero into presenting so he isn't a ticking time bomb waiting to be set off if the Commission discovers he's alive.

Summary
Keigo was a caged beast that ran off of hunger and fear. His entire life was spent empty and alone. When the HPSC no longer had a use for him, he'd expected it to be over. The HPSC did not keep useless hawk hybrids around. He hadn't considered that they'd ever sell him, though.
Touya's life was just one big downward spiral that seemed to never end. Everything was always falling apart at the seams. He couldn't tell where everything went wrong, exactly, but if he had to guess, it'd be sometime around when he had given up on becoming a pro hero and given up on his father caring.
Shouto has a laundry list of questions that he needs answers to. Ever since he'd started at UA, he'd been noticing more and more details that were just off. Mom hadn't let anybody visit her in years and while Shouto knew better than to trust his father, it felt wrong when the man didn't have a single answer for him.
Enji just wants to do a single good thing for once in his goddamn life.

Summary
Hawks spent years locking up villains—now he’s trapped with one who enjoys watching him unravel almost as much as he enjoys setting things on fire. Tartarus is brutal, survival is a gamble, but the real danger? The way Dabi looks at him like he’s something worth ruining.
*
Keigo Takami was a hero. A golden boy. The Commission’s perfect soldier.
Then he tried to expose the truth.
Now he’s been sentenced to life in Tartarus, the very prison that holds the criminals he once put away. Stripped of his wings, his name, and his purpose, Hawks is nothing but prey in a cage full of predators—most of whom would love to see him dead. And maybe they would have, if not for one man.
Dabi has been locked up for years, ruling his block with fire and sharp teeth. He has no reason to help Hawks. No reason to give a damn. But when the golden boy falls from grace, when the perfect hero ends up broken and scared in a place built to break people, Dabi finds himself making a choice.
After all, Hawks did the one thing he never could.
He exposed Endeavor for what he really was.
