Summary
This was their game, her and Jack. It had begun shortly after Pitt fest and had been slowly growing more and more by the year. It took her a while to understand that he was flirting with her. She knew he was a flirt, god the whole state probably knew that Jack Abbot was a flirt, but she had always counted herself out of that equation. That was until he had stared into her soul after teaching her a dangerous field procedure he probably hadn’t done in twenty years and told her she was the most brilliant doctor he had ever met.
She tried not to think about how domestic it felt, their little routine. He made her coffee every morning, and she made him a cup at night. Then they threatened to kiss one another and that was that. It was simple. Flirting. That was simple, easy. Right?

Summary
Micheal sat at his desk, looking out the window at the grim early morning. He sighed, taking in the reality of the day. He couldn’t find any sort of excitement in his heart, there was only a dull ache, a longing to never have to leave his room. In an hour or so, he would meet a lord and the very next day they would be married. A complete stranger. He would be marrying a complete stranger.

Summary
He was falling. He was falling and the sky rushed around him. He was falling and he feared he would never fly again. And his life was about to change.
But for now,
Crowley looked into the telescope mounted in his attic, pointed towards the sky. The sky was a tapestry of stars all shining bright as diamonds on this particular night. He pulled his scrappy sketchbook out of the satchel next to his large leather armchair. He pulled his gaze away from the eye piece and began to transfer each of the dots in the sky into his book with a fountain pen. He took his work slow and meticulously, getting each star down with remarkable accuracy. After he was finished with charting the sky, he walked over to consult the large book sitting on his desk. The title read: Constellations. Slowly, he mapped each matching constellation into his sketchbook.

Summary
Seamus slid the next carriage door open. Inside was an older boy sleeping, taking up an entire seat and a first-year curled up with a sketchbook by the window on the other side.
“Have you seen a Toad ‘round here? A boy’s lost one.” Seamus asked the sketching boy.
“Nope, sorry.” He answered looking up from his drawing with big brown eyes. He had a lop-sided grin on his face, one that made you want to talk to him.
“Well, I’m not looking any longer. Mind if I sit here?” He flopped down on the seat next to him and stretched out his legs.
“Okay. Hello, I’m Dean.” The boy introduced himself, the grin on his face stretching out.
“I’m Seamus.” He replied with a toothy smile.
