Ted walks away from her, hands shoved in his pockets, hunched over and looking so much smaller than she ever thought he could—all that energy and optimism and sunshine whittled away into the man walking away from her.
The decision to leave the karaoke club behind and to follow him back to the hotel, in the end, is an easy one.
(Or, an alternate take on "Make Rebecca Great Again" in which Rebecca follows Ted back to the hotel and something happens to change the course of their relationship.)
