Summary
With Neo Ark established and the Transfers of the prestigious U.A College working their way through the Rank C Expeditions, everything seems to be going smoothly. But shadows are starting to move on the Mainland; whispers of the Shie Hassaikai on the move in search of a lost asset reach the HPSC and an unholy alliance is in the workings.
Meanwhile, the Annual Gladiatorial Festival of Neo Ark is open to visitors from all over the world, opening avenues of trade and alliances... as well as opening roads for sabotage and subterfuge. Izuku, Celeste, and their fellow Regional Overseers will have to make choices as the days for the festival grow closer and more things come to light, such as a sudden upsurge of Alpha Dinosaur activity, the exodus of creatures from their usual habitats, and directing the festival itself.
