Vaenys Targaryen was not meant to survive.

House Mooton is an old and respected house founded before the time of Petty Kings and forever residing in their city, Maidenpool.
Rhaenyra Targaryen needs a new Lady in Waiting for her third and tenth name-day. Someone with the right pedigree, but from a family not honored too recently. The eldest daughter of the Lord of Maidenpool is chosen.
