Arc Clone Trooper CT-5555, also known as Fives, has only a few fairly simple goals in his life. One of them is surviving as long as possibile. Another one is helping his brothers to survive as well.
But accidently crashing into a wall full of ancient Sith runes and getting thrown into the future while dragging his Captain and a Commander along was certainly not part of any of his plans.
Or in which Fives the reason is why Rex, Cody and himself end up getting flung almost 30 years into the future onto the ship of a confused Mandalorian, who appearently has as much historical knowledge as a brick.
