The dude walks over and his features become clearer, now illuminated by the streetlights.
“Stole my cigarettes, too. I see.”

Everything started minutes before Matthew's birthday, with a very nervous Gunwook waiting at the front of his door with the blueberry cake he prepared for the occasion.

"Nevermind. You might be sleeping already." murmurs Matt.
He takes a deep breathe.
"But i was really curious. I think I would love it to, to be honest." his words wander in the emptiness of the room, but resonate deep in Gunwook's heart, as he always dreamed of this moment. "I want it to be about us".
"It is." finally replies Gunwook with all the courage he could bring to himself for this exact moment.
