Summary
Miya Atsumu is a Psychic, which means three things: mundane society thinks he's a con, magic is going to kill him someday, and fae magic absolutely sucks for his messed up brain. That last fact is especially pertinent right now because one has broken into his house and passed out in his pantry. Under most circumstances, he would report it to the Center for Fae Affairs and have the intruder forcibly removed from his property, but a slip into the fae's mind has him rethinking if that would be a mistake. The fact that his unwanted houseguest is pretty has nothing to do with it. Nope. Absolutely nothing.

Summary
1865, Port Arthur, Tasmania. The penitentiary at Port Arthur is known for housing some of the British Empire's most hardened criminals. If Satya was smart, she would've left as soon as she realized she was standing outside the renowned prison's walls, perhaps written to the warden about the missing brick. But she didn't. Now, she's bringing books and fruit to an arsonist who hasn't spoken to anyone in four years. This is a rewrite of "The Burning Sheep" because fifteen year old me didn't have a clue. Some parts are the same, many are different, hopefully it doesn't contain as much garbage.

Takes place in a Victorian AU. Satya and her father have moved from India to Australia to take a job rebuilding a town. The man who hired Mr. Vaswani is an anonymous entrepreneur from England who promises to help the two obtain English citizenship if they do this job. Their new life for the next year would look to be promising if it weren't for the explosive neighbor next door who somehow manages to set his sheep on fire. Sorry for the crappy summary.
