Summary
Something has gone terribly wrong in Twisted Wonderland. Something has changed the Overblot and the resulting disease is infectious and very deadly. Instead of manifesting phantoms to take control of the unconscious bodies of those affected, the blot takes over the body itself, though most of the time, this kills the brain and consequentially, the host. Some people are strong enough to fight off the blot and this just causes mutations to occur in the person. They remain in control and the blot is unable to fully make them a host. Those that are fully controlled by the blot however are incredibly infectious and they wander the grounds, looking for more bodies to infect.
