When Nijika takes an extended leave to earn her driver’s license, Ryo is left to try and deal with the glaring absence of her favorite person, and the complicated emotions that arise as a result. She does her best to distract herself and try to not think about it.
Unfortunately, trying not to think about something is like trying not to think about a pink elephant; it usually has the opposite of the intended effect. Plus, when Ryo falls asleep at night, her unconscious mind takes over - and that part of her is a little bit more honest.
