“Main character of what, the Bible?” Jisung snorts, looking back down at his textbook and running his fingers over the glossy title.

Summary
“Oh? What prompted the need for your ‘fresh start’?” asks Jisung. He pops one of the transmission bolts free and scurries after it as it rolls across the ground.
Minho quirks a brow at the clumsy display, stuffs his hands in his pockets. The cute little mechanic is amusing, he’ll admit. Makes him want to say something completely out-of-left-field just to see his reaction; he imagines big round eyes, a disconcerted pout. Adorable.
Minho shrugs. “I fumbled one too many romantic prospects east of the Continental Divide, and I have too much of a pariah complex to handle it maturely.”

Or: Following another catastrophic end to a long list of failed relationships, Minho decides to pack up and start his life anew, but his plans are thwarted when his car breaks down on his drive across the Rocky Mountains. He’s then forced to take up temporary residence in the nearby lakeside town while he waits for his car to be repaired by the cute local mechanic.

Summary
Hyunjin is so proud of his newly-opened coffee shop, but the business next door is harshing his vibe. Add a wannabe mafia, an actual crime boss, and a sinfully handsome trio, and Hyunjin's struggles are real.
Jeongin put his palm over Hyunjin's mouth, shutting up the taller shopkeeper. He shook his head, tsking before continuing in that same mesmerizing, soft tone. "I'm not finished. I--" he paused to make sure he had Hyunjin's full attention, "--am man enough to run a business, hold my own, and..."
Hyunjin's knees nearly gave out as he waited for the rest of that sentence.
"...and have a civil conversation," Jeongin finished with a close-lipped smile, dropping his hand from Hyunjin's mouth and stepping back. "You're from the coffee shop that opened last month, right?"
Hyunjin blinked rapidly, physically swaying from the sudden change in the young owner's tone.
"Y-yes. I own Kkami Coffee next door." Hyunjin cleared his throat, embarrassed by how breathy he sounded. "And your music was interfering with my business." There. He said that nice and assertive. Seungmin would be proud.
