Summary
The Fleet Admiral took her in, a single sweep of his eyes across her announcing his feelings, something far more personal than simple contempt in the furrow of his brow. Judge, jury, and executioner; he’d already decided her charges, and what her punishment would be, for the choices she’d made. The only crime she’d committed, but for a man like him, it was enough.
“Arrest her.”

Summary
Not long after taking off to go train in space, the spaceship's communicator started to ring. Vegeta never answered the calls, after all, there was no need to get sidetracked with meaningless stuff. That didn't stop her from insisting.
He always ignored them, dismissing the messages as stupid sentimental crap, so she always left a message. The number increased almost daily, or it had until three months ago when the number first stayed stuck at 91. He decided he would listen to them on his way back, to make sure he knew what awaited him once he landed. Nothing would have prepared him for what he would actually hear in those messages.
A fic that was born out of the necessity of understanding why Vegeta was such an asshole in the Android saga.

Summary
When she was younger, she’d used to roam the shallows, barefoot with her skirt tucked into her waistline, sea glass and porcelain plucked from the sand and the silt, washed clean by the water and carried in her apron. Worthless trinkets, her mother had called them, but worth was something unique to its giver, Makino had always thought.
People weren’t all that different, and maybe that was why she’d ended up in her profession, no longer collecting flotsam and jetsam but the souls who showed up on her doorstep, brought to her shores by accident―or fate, if you believed in that.

Summary
"Hey Marco?" Thatch asked, staring down at the trio of unconscious boys laying before him. The freckled child in particular had a striking resemblance to their youngest brother. "Did Ace have a secret kid that he never told us about?"

Summary
Dressrosa told from Sabo and Koala's POVs.
~
“Sabo.” Her voice was much steadier than his had been, his name rolling off her tongue with a confidence he couldn’t begin to fathom. “I’m broken too.”
Simple words, but they rocked him to his core. His vision clouded with tears he had to blink away, not wanting to miss a moment of seeing her like this, unshakeable and safe. The moonlight that kept him in its shadows washed over her completely, setting her amber hair aglow and turning her pale skin ethereal. She was a flame to his darkness, filling completely the absence of light that engulfed him.
Her hand moved to tangle in his hair, her fingers running along his scalp and sending flames licking down his spine. He couldn’t help but press into her touch.
“Life broke the both of us,” Koala continued. “But it also led us to one another. It fractured me in a way that will never fully heal, but it gave me you so that I could see that I’m not alone. You are not alone, Sabo. You aren’t the only one who lives in the dark, who feels those shadows as constant companions.”
Koala leaned in, once again pressing her forehead to his.
“It just means that we get to burn even brighter.”Bookmarked by UninGuest
