Summary
it’s christmas time in storybrooke, and it couldn’t be better—or so you think. but when your girlfriend breaks up with you via phone while you are at work, everything seems to fall apart for you. luckily for you, your boss, who happens to be mayor regina mills, makes you a very generous offer you can’t refuse. she invites you to spend one week around christmas with her and her son henry, so you do. but it’s not only the christmas lights that begin to shine during this week; in addition to the smell of cinnamon, love also seems to linger in the air...

Summary
Regina Mills feels she’s on top of the world, she finished law school with the highest honors and just made partner within her parent’s firm. Yes, she’s tired, but isn’t everyone tired these times? When she collapses at work, she starts to think something more then just tired is going on. Then Covid hits the world and she’s rendered alone, misunderstood and with a brand new diagnose. She finds solace in the world of DnD and to her luck some tavern is holding online sessions.
Emma Swan has always and will always be a nerd. Together with her best friends Ruby and August, she opened the Dragonhide Tavern, a tabletop games tavern. They opened two years before Covid hits and Emma needs to get creative to keep the tavern open. They end up hosting several game session online with a fee, and one of those games is DnD. A woman Emma doesn’t know, Regina, joins the sessions. She and Regina end up talking some outside the sessions and Emma learns Regina had gotten sick just before Covid hit.
