“You’re very clearly freezing,” Cooper noted. “Take my hoodie, it’s warm.”
Oliver tried desperately to ignore the way his heart jumped at the thought.
“I can’t do that,” he argued, more frantic than he’d intended.
Cooper blinked. “Why?”
“Wouldn’t Charlotte be a little upset about that?"
Cooper raised his eyebrows slightly, and Oliver followed his gaze as it turned to where Brie and Charlotte had started talking to other guys.
“Yeah, I doubt she’d mind.”Or, Cooper gives Oliver his hoodie, and Oliver realizes some things.

Summary
Cooper and Oliver are trying to navigate this new era of their relationship. Keeping it a secret to avoid getting separated is obvious, and it's only fair that Oliver gets to have this all to himself when he's barely coping with finding out he's into guys to begin with. His anxiety about coming out definitely, absolutely, 100 percent has nothing to do with keeping things on the down-low. Cooper, of course, is always willing to do what Oliver prefers.
Taking advantage of a house to themselves seems like a way smarter idea in hindsight.
