Summary
Nobody knows Danny phantom and Danielle "Danni" Fenton are the same person.
But really, how could they? Phantom was dead, and not to mention, a boy. Danni was alive as far as the eye could see, and to everyone's knowledge but his own, he was a girl.
Danny knows who he is on the inside, and apparently his ghost half reflected that. And if he learned anything from She-Zow, hiding a secret identity is much more successful when that identity is the opposite gender.

Summary
During a training exercise gone wrong, Izuku Midoriya was kidnapped by a group of organized criminals known to deal in the sale of child weapons. Said criminals work on a request basis, using a form of brainwashing to psychologically break targets before training them to be killers. After the process is complete, the target is handed off to the client who requested them, which is, in Izuku's case, the league of villains.
Although he'd like nothing more than to escape and return to his old life, Izuku has done things that there's no coming back from. Horrible, bloody, unforgivable things. But even worse than the guilt, and the fear, and the pain, is the growing feeling he doesn't really regret any of it. In fact, he's almost certain that he's enjoying it.
Izuku Midoriya is broken, and as far as he's concerned, he isn't worth repairing.

Summary
When Danny went through the ghost catcher, he expected to be cured of the ghostliness that had haunted him since the accident, not to wake up on the lab floor with his parents saying he’d been overshadowed but everything’s okay now. So why does Danny Fenton cry himself to sleep to then dream of flying? Why does Phantom, the ghost who was supposedly possessing Danny, remember a life that isn’t his? Most of all, why do both the human and the ghost feel that something vital is missing, in their very soul?
Or: Trying to cure himself of his powers one month after the accident, Danny accidently splits himself but neither his ghost nor his human half realize what they've actually done.

After an agonizing end inside his parents ghost portal, and being reformed as a ghost, Danny has spent his afterlife desperately trying to protect his previous home from spectral enemies, while avoiding his family and friends lest they look upon him in disgust.
But some things can't be put off forever, and when his family is targeted directly, Danny is forced to reunite with the ones he loves to protect them. He'll be damned if he lets them get hurt, whether they think he's a monster or not.
