Summary
Butcher has always been unpredictable.
This time it's a little different.
“Can I touch you?” Butcher asks, growls, purrs or something because it’s dark and heady and rough and it makes things in Hughie’s brain stutter and stall and smoke.
“What?” Hughie asks intelligently, hand frozen on Butcher’s where he’s failing to remove the other man.
“Can. I. Touch. You?” Butcher asks, again, that roughness in his tone getting even deeper.
“Isn’t that,” Hughie tries, “I mean what do you mean,” Hughie goes for again, “You are fucking touching me,” is where Hughie ends up.
“Can I,” Butcher barely whispers, not so much as moving, not flexing a finger or a hand or a muscle, “touch you?”

Summary
Bucky sees red. He starts to pant and before he realizes what he’s doing he grabs Zemo by the coat and drags him over to the window behind the couch. He slams Zemo up against the glass titles and the other man lets out an indignant squeak. Bucky presses Zemo into the glass with enough force that it creaks and places his vibranium hand over the top of Zemo’s throat, the other man’s Adam’s apple digging into the implacable metal of his palm in a way that must be painful for Zemo. The baron let out a low groan and his throat bobbed against Bucky’s palm, the delicate sensors there pick up his racing heartbeat through Zemo’s skin. He snarls into Zemo’s face and watches as the younger man’s pupils dilated like a cat, big pools of blackness in his honeyed gaze. This confuses Bucky and he presses down harder on Zemo’s throat and the man’s eyes roll into the back of his head and his eyelids flutter shut as he moans lewdly. Bucky was so shocked that he let go of Zemo’s neck and backed up, putting some space between them. He looked Zemo over with a confused look of repulsion and snapped.
“What the fuck, Zemo!?”Zemo just had to come back for that fucking coat.
