As Castiel grapples with the burden of Sam's Hell visions, his sanity begins to crumble, blurring the lines between reality and delusion. An encounter with Lucifer was a given, however a lot more than the Devil visit Castiel. But how do you determine what’s really in front of you, and what is just in your head?
