Set a few weeks after the battle in S2E9, but before the epilogue in Caitlyn's study. Caitlyn has reinstated the Council and recently been named new Sheriff. Vi works for the Enforcers and is reopening an investigaton into a suspicious factory fire that happened several months ago, not long after the Council attack. Mattson, who ran the original investigation, is not happy about this.
