Giyuu Tomioka returns to Kyoto after years away, expecting nothing more than a new school, a new house, and an excuse to avoid talking to people.
Unfortunately, Mitsuri Kanroji lives down the street.
And apparently she has friends.

Giyuu's plan for a quiet life is rapidly falling apart.
