Summary
La raza de los monstruos ha estado viviendo pacíficamente en la superficie junto a los humanos desde que un joven niño, Frisk, los salvó de su largo cautiverio en el subsuelo.
Todo está bien para Frisk y sus amigos. Todo, excepto para Clover, un joven humano que recientemente fue traído de vuelta a la vida por Asriel Dreemurr como un regalo por su sacrificio desinteresado en el subsuelo.
Aunque aprecia su segunda oportunidad en la vida, nunca ha podido superar a un amigo del que desearía no haberse tenido que despedir: Chara Dreemurr, el primer humano en caer al subsuelo, y uno de los dos fantasmas, junto con Clover, que guiaron a Frisk en su viaje. Chara tampoco ha olvidado a su amigo.
A diferencia de Clover, Chara no recibió una segunda oportunidad en la vida y continúa observando a Frisk en la superficie. Aunque disfruta de la compañía de Frisk, Clover siempre ha estado en lo más profundo de la mente del primer humano caído.
Sin que Clover lo sepa, existe una forma de que Chara regrese al mundo de los vivos. Sin embargo, Chara ha dudado en actuar.

Summary
To live and die as a hashira was one of the greatest honors. Even though she couldn’t decapitate a demon’s head, Shinobu still persevered and became someone her sister could be proud of. She even managed to form an intimate bond with one of her fellow hashira during her great achievement.
But that bond led to Shinobu facing a situation she could’ve never dreamed possible, and now the insect hashira was left facing a decision that either let her focus on revenge or focus on living the life her sister prayed she could have.
